Well, that's what the fox means, right? Unless we are talking about literal fox or someone with a fox avatar. I think lolibaba is the woman word for shortstack. Or it could mean literally "loli" and "baba" which would translate something like elderly loli, but I don't think anyone would use it like this.

It's related, but in most (obnoxious) cases the 9000 year old vampire still acts like a child, or youthful anyway. The distinction of the lolibaba is that the character's mannerisms are typically those of an elderly person, not just an adult.
