who is running phase con 2026? phase connect ltd or a US 501(c)(3) sub unit?
if its the Ltd, can they ask volunteers to do what would normally be paid work?

Literally, because the man didn't even watch Jelly's stream where she said Sakana apologized to her, the very thing he is supposedly raging about

Though, admittedly, if they threw her under the bus publically, they could apologize in public too. As it relates to Lumi - just sat in silence until it was Phase approved to start mentioning Jelly, didn't she? Unlike, say, Shiina. I guess that shows something.

hot take, but I honestly do think Sakana should just come out with a public message taking all accountability and just taking the L. Of course there will be people who won't be satisfied with it and drama fiends, but he as the CEO and a man should just take being the catalyst and let people know to direct their frustration towards him and not his talents in a message.

Cause I honestly don't see this ending anytime soon, and eventually you're going to see talents get fatigue with things and say stuff they'll regret later. yes you'll have some that'll plainly ignore it and move forward (Tenma), but remember this is a literal company of sad woman. Some will break under pressure and start snapping at people.

I agree. Unfortunately there is no pressure from the inside. Lumi will fight literally randos just so Fishman can continue to hide behind her skirt. I guess the tactic works, it makes her look somehow worse than Sakana.

I think PhaseCon will be make it or break it. Phase won't collapse if it won't be successful, but it might cause Phase to reconsider its relationships with customers and talents.

Though, I guess if they start fighting over every little un-seiso thing (and the list is long), Phase could see a downfall, as you've said.

Somehow I do think Phase will pull through. Or maybe I'm just being hopeful

oh yeah don't get me wrong, I don't believe that "IT'S OVER FOR PHASE IT'LL CRASH AND BURN LIKE VSHOJO! WOOOAHHHHH BUDDDDDDYYYYYYY!!!!!". Phase will be around in 2027, 2028, and so forth.

I just think in this type of situation you just got to get in front of your talents and take the mud thrown for them. Yes it's unfair, yes there will always be people who are unsatisfied, but the point is you take the brunt of it and responsibility so your talents don't have to face it. It's kind of something you may go through at one point if you're managing a group of people or a team.

its phase's 4th year running and jelly blm is the 150th scandal phase had. it'll be fine, people who say they dropped phase will still watch because no one else does the phase alt right thing.

That's the point?

With every controversy, the public only see what the company wants you to see with statements, and such.

So people comment on that. It's not the fans fault that Phase came out looking not so good, to say the least.

Don't be angry at the audience for actually looking at and commenting on what is publicly available, that is just the internet in general, or people may think they hit a bullseye with their speculations.
