No? The user claimed Phase didn't apologize to Jelly. Jelly says they did. It, therefore, appears that the user is wrong from what is public. Whether or not the apology is genuine (or Jelly lied) is not something I, or he, or you can comment on since those facts are not available to us. Sakana apologized, and as I've stated, I'm not entirely pleased with the nature of his apology (or even that he is using Lumi as his attack dog)
