4chan on /CGL/. I knew him as “The really cringey naruto/communism cosplay guy” Saw our subforum on him when it was still open and had no idea he was the gift that keeps on giving.

The fact he hit his own mother when she wouldn’t give him money.
The fact his diet is mainly cheese.
The fact he actually believes hes hispanic and has his own country.
The fact his body is covered in trans-bicyle tats despite not knowing how to ride nor owning a bike.

Favorite Phil schadenfreude moment or factoid: Him posting nudes of his balls pushed back inside his body just to prove that he had an orchiectomy done. Also, every single time he pretends that his fictional land exists and posts about "territory changes".
