I might be in the minority here, but I'm kind of glad whenever Phil legally changes his name. I mean, that costs money, so some of our tax money that would normally would be wasted on queso and prison quality tattoos, might actually go to putting some food on a hard working person's table.
 
Y'know, if, as he's said, he already legally changed his name to "Ahuviya Rotem Harel," a judge is going to be very suspicious of him filing a second name change petition; especially this soon after the last one.

Nah, it will be obvious to the judge that Hooves is doing it for crazy reasons, not to dodge debt or anything like that.

You're allowed to change your name as often as you like in the U.S. as long as ill-gotten financial gains aren't your motive. Hypothetical asspats don't count.
 
This is also really stupid considering that Phil was born in NJ and you actually have to be there physically present to change your name, you just can't write an imaginary letter like Phil did for his cease and desist order against da' Farms. Considering he has little to no support system in NJ, I am even doubting he changed his name the first time, what an ass clown.
 
It doesn't change that we all see you as Philip Vincent Haskins-Delici.

Legally changing your name to a female name will not make you a woman Phil. You will still have your balls and you will still be a pudgy white man.

Usually people try to pass in edition to all the legal stuff.

Philip V. Haskins-Delici -> Ahuviya Rotem Harel

Ahuviya Rotem Harel -> Ahuviya Rosa Arujuo

Ahuviya Rosa Arujuo -> Isabel Rosa Arujuo.
 
His name change will probably went the way of his surgery.
