He doesn't really look that much older than he is IMO.

Its mostly just because he's retarded and lazy. If he brushed his teeth, took showers and moisturized once in awhile, shaved his head and wore non-ridiculous clothes that fit. He'd still be a fat, ugly potato man who's entire body is covered in freakish tattoos, but he'd look his age.

I'd like to see phil on one of those makeover shows like queer eye for the straight guy or something. That would be good television.

Hair pins, I'm not joking when I was younger I did solid for a friend of mine doing Film Studies in Uni and I had to ware a small hat over a prosthetic head (long story but the title of the film was Ego, an the head got less inflated as the day went on) with a real wig on it and I have seen many Jewish guy's use them to keep Yarmulkas on and if there are hassidic Hat's on over them. And I think what we call Hat pin's where specifically invented to keep hats on for men who got the wrong size.

I know exactly what you mean, but the Idiot or Fool was also a official title for a Court Jester who was used by some form of higher up for fun (the earliest professional comedians, and if they where in the Court of some kings they where the only people who had a free tong) often what was called the town fool was some one who was "Naturally" crippled or had some form of special needs like downs, FAS or alike.

People like Phil in the medieval times where either quietly left outside to die on a cold night, if they where really bad or sent of to war to be Cavalry fodder also let's not sugar coat this, where just downright disliked if they where too special.
I said in a Chris thread recently if he was born about two centuries before he would have made almost the ideal soldier, a daily routine, driven into him by rote a Brand to follow etc. He wouldn't decern the difference of learning how to Load, Level, Fire on a training ground to that in real combat an would only really panic when the others did. I'm guessing Phil is the kind of guy called Judas, they normally turned gentle in the breeze from a few feet of hemp an where strung up by officers for trying to do a runner the night before a battle.

I know bobby pins and hat pins as I use them in my work, but I just don't see them staying in ADF's (lack of) hair. But, then again it's probably matted and dirty, so... Eh. I'd rather believe he has a suction cup.

Not really no, autistics have real trouble with athleticism as well as manual skills needed for efficient combat. Chris naturally gets tired very quickly. And it's not like Chris does literally whatever he's given, the routine he likes to follow is only HIS routine.

But anyway, when it comes to Phil's teeth: the way they stick out is just the way they are. I've seen plenty of normal people with teeth like this, nothing particularly special about it. But they're certainly not well-kept, because why would he care about actually brushing them.

His male pattern baldness is what does a lot of it IMO. He has bad skin like CWC though, always sporting a 5 o'clock shadow somehow as well. I know he has some weird thing with his upper lip showing too much teeth, but it also looked like he has had receding gums for a while as well, which make his teeth look bigger, he would probably bleed profusely if he ever brushed his teeth, I have to imagine he has a really bad case of gingivitis.

It's funny that he manages to look so haggard and worn out despite being obese, because the one thing fat people usually have in their favor is a younger look because their bone structure isn't visible and the fat tends to puff out and hide wrinkles and other skin related signs of aging, but Phil doesn't even get that benefit. It is all rounded out by his potato features. He is truly a specimen to behold.

At a glance, though, it comes back to his hair loss, not only is his hairline significantly receded, but the hair he does have remaining is extremely thinned out and scraggly. He is at the point where normal men just say fuck it and go for the Stone Cold Steve Austin look, but he is awkwardly clinging to his hair and when he is seen without a hat on he basically looks like the 1980s Richard Simmons.

And it's just fantastic that on top of everything bad about his looks, he will do shit like shave his eyebrows, dye his stringy unwashed hair bright pink and put on lipstick. I swear to fuck he is basically one of The Joker's henchmen.
 
I always noticed that ADF either pouts or does a ferret toothed gopher grin. Not only that, but whenever I try to mimic his facial expressions (Yes, really. I did it) it feels like he's trying to act like an anime character. Maybe he finally got out of that anime weeaboo phase and he covers his mouth because he realized how horrible he looks? That new photo of him smiling was most likely taken by someone else so he probably didn't have time to cover his mouth, nor did he realize it'd get leaked.

Not really give him a daily structure to follow an repetition he will like it. He is only so lazy as he was allowed to get away with it.

War wasn't really athletic until abut 100 years ago, and didn't need much manual dexterity beyond what Chris already has, for example loading a Musket is time consuming not difficult an falling into step is something we do naturally an dressing off isn't hard it's just a matter of holding your arms out to make sure you keep formation, I'm not saying he would last long but right until he was told to level an fire an the loud nosies started he's enjoy it followed by a lucky shot in the first return volly felling him.
 
I'm pretty sure I said this in one of the other threads, but their teeth have gone from separate individual teeth to one massive scuzz-covered tooth. And they own floss, but they don't use it as floss. They use it as thread to sew on their various autistic patches to their disgusting vest thing.

No I was simply making a comment on how their teeth are so covered in plaque/tartar that it's hard to tell where one ends and another starts. But I wouldn't be surprised at all if they do start to fall out.

If Phil's hat is as filthy as the rest of him and his belongings, then it could be contributing to his hair loss. A filthy dirty hat can lead to a scalp infection which, in turn, would accelerate his hair loss.

A dirty crusty hat pressed down over Phil's dirty crusty head is the perfect incubator for all sorts of nasty bacteria.

I bought some floss the other day. It was a lot more expensive than regular thread. I guess a trip to Jo Ann Fabrics wasn't "badass" enough.

Even when it comes to little things like this, Phil always finds the absolute worst way to do something.

Floss is actually way more effective than most thread if you want to make sure your patches stay on whatever you're sewing them to. It can take a lot of stress, and it's way easier to tie off once you're done stitching - just melt the two edges together and you're all set.

But of course you should use it to clean your fucking teeth first and foremost.

@VLAD is right about the dental floss. It is a requirement for some sewing/crafting kits, for both stitching and certain dyeing processes. (That or fishing line) But, yeah... He should use it for its intended purpose.
