Remind me never to eat anywhere north of Orange County. In fact, remind me to never travel anywhere north of Orange County.
To be fair, California has some pretty strict health codes when it comes to places that are licensed to serve food. Long haul is not one of those places. If you look at the videos provided by the police department in the raid, they don't have a blue letter grade stating that this establishment has been evaluated by some sort of state, city, or county agency (most likely County) and that they have complied with health and safety codes. They do not have a license to serve food, so they don't get evaluated, so they can get away with "serving" shit that they find in dumpsters.

Phil, never once have I claimed that you are diabetic. If you were, you would be crowing about it on Facebook about how poor and oppressed you are. You would be posting diabetic friendly recipes and you would make a big deal about your insulin levels. So no, I don't think you have diabetes but I think you're getting pretty close.

It's entirely possible city ordinances require them to put up with bogus trannies like Phil and that he'll actually have to do something they can ban him for.

If this were Chris, yeah, he could probably get away with it. Chris has the look of someone who's trying to look like a woman, but failing. Phil, on the other hand, doesn't even try and the end result is that people working at the Y would assume he's just some creepy dude, trying to sneak into the women's room to fulfill some sexual fetish. Having that "F" on his ID would only help him after someone has already assumed he's male and asked him to leave.

That is, of course, assuming he ever worked out at the Y anyway. We all know that his exercise routine is just as made up as Australatinia. And, yes, of course everything is going to go great when you work out in fantasy land.

Too bad Chris lives in Virginia which is Repub territory.

It's Berkeley. I'm pretty sure they're aware of the existence of trannies.

Oh, yeah, I'm well aware of trans people. The difference is, Phil doesn't look like a tranny. He looks like some fat, autistic, angry man. There's a significant difference between a trans woman who's trying to look like a woman and failing and a man and anyone, with even the slightest bit of experience with trannies will be able to tell you, Phil falls solidly into the second category.

But Berkeley falls into the insanely tolerant believe anything you're told category.

Unfortunately, it's Berkeley. If he squeals enough about "trans muh soggy knees", he'll be able to use whatever locker room he wants. That and, once he shows his female id, staff at the y can't do shit.

Now, that one is possible.

Truth be told, I've known trans women who actually tried to pass and keep a low profile and they've STILL had people object to their using the women's room. Berkeley or not, I have to imagine Phil, who doesn't try to be discrete about anything or pass as female in any way, is going to be able to use the women's room without trouble. I mean, if you saw some fat potato man, covered in shitty tattoos, sitting next to you in the women's room, what woman wouldn't automatically get extremely uncomfortable?

Perhaps, but it would be actually illegal to discriminate on that basis in Berkeley and would open the Y to a lawsuit, which is probably what Phil is hoping for.

lol, I'm very sure the YMCA he's paying $60 a month to go to is letting him use the women's locker room.

No Phil, we don't think you went to the YMCA and didn't do shit there, because we know you probably went to a Jack In the Box or McDonald's, stuffed your flabby face with unhealthy food, mooched off their free WiFi, and didn't do shit there instead.

Heart rate cannot reliably be measured without a Heart Rate Monitor Phil.

Some newer phones in the past couple of years have a sensor and app on them that can monitor your heart rate. My Samsung Note 4 can do it. I'm sure bouncing and squeaking while frothing at the mouth about Kiwi Farmers and cis-scum can really get Chairwomyn Lard Lumps' heart a-racin'.

Actually, this begs a good question: what kind of phone does Phil have? I wish I remembered. :(

remember how I described cardio bunnies jumping from machine to machine.
cadence is too low
reading is another giveaway (it steals focus both in terms of intensity and for cyclists...form)
again with recumbents...if you don't have an injury

It doesn't really look like izzy has any sort of training plan at all. Oh sure there's some exercise benefit to just being on...but it looks like ole izzy is in the "comfort zone" that people fall into where they are neither doing the long base training nor are they training at intensity.
I won't bore you with the details -- but that why "plop on and pedal" people get stuck in that "but I went to the gym and did the stuff, but haven't improved much"

Now I'm all for beginning cyclist to get on whatever they can and ride (lifecycles are a poor poor choice..at least get on a spin bike) but Izzy has started with arrogance, image and accouterments (If I'm not mistaken, izzy has a bike lock, but I haven't heard about a bike -- 5 will get you 10 Izzy 'wears' the lock a'la pre-broadband bike messenger)
...that's not beginning cycling, that being a poseur

Phil doesn't give a shit about how other women feel, as long as he's getting that sweet, sweet recognition as a female by being able to use the women's changing rooms. He's a proper feminist social justice activist, yo!

Is-a-fella is honestly the most selfish and self-centered person I've ever come across. He only cares about himself and if he ever talks about the plight of transgender people he is, of course, really only talking about it to wedge himself into the issue. If every other transwomyn in the world upped and died today, he wouldn't give a shit and would only use the situation to gain more selfish attention. Its one of the reasons he has no friends, because you can't be a self-centered ass wipe and continue friendships. You have to be able to care about someone other than yourself to have a friend, because eventually they get sick and tired of hearing you run your lardflaps about yourself and your problems and what you want.

I don't care what the chromosomes are of other people in the ladies' locker room. I do care about their behavior and their smell. Creepy, bad-smelling people can be bounced from locker rooms regardless of their legal gender.
