I don't care what the chromosomes are of other people in the ladies' locker room. I do care about their behavior and their smell. Creepy, bad-smelling people can be bounced from locker rooms regardless of their legal gender.

If I had the unenviable task of being a Y manager who had a smelly, creepy guy smelling up the locker room and because of their gender claims, bouncing them for that would open the place to suit, I'd collect and document neutral (i.e. non-gender) reasons for doing this to counter any civil rights claim, then bounce them after having evidence of such.

Unfortunately, this might require tolerating the presence of the revolting, unhygienic potato for some period of time.

Phil being what he is, this would pay off. He'd say or do something that would justify kicking him out if he looked like Jessica fucking Alba or something.

@wagglyplacebo please update the title our little porker's ban has lifted.

3lbs in a week, that's great Phil! I like how the doctors office weighed him before he got there though.

Those calories burned numbers he posted are not something to be proud of. That's only around 90 watts average. Even if he is 180lbs, 1.1W/Kg is around half of what you could expect from the average, untrained brand new adult cyclists. Riders who are/have been fat recently should be able to put out good numbers on a stationary bike, especially a 'bent.

He's really, really, really out of shape if that's him getting in shape to ride.

Again, 3 lbs in a week. Cutting 1500 calories/day isn't healthy, nor is it practical/logical for someone who's trying to prove to courts that he's mentally stable enough to get the orchiectomy.

Rapid weight loss is a symptom of untreated Type 2 diabetes, Hooves!

Don't mean to be redundant, but apparently we are at fault here:

Don't you need to have sex with someone to get AIDS?

(I know, I know, dirty needles and all, but is there any evidence Phil does anything like that?)

All those shitty tattoos are evidence that he has no problem being around needles. And his general condition is evidence that his sanitation standards aren't especially high. I wouldn't be the slightest bit surprised if he picked up HIV from a dirty tattoo needle.

Hm. I suppose that's possible, though it was my understanding that most tattoo joints are pretty heavily regulated specifically because of reasons like that, and if an inspector finds out you're reusing needles they'll come down on you like the hammer of God. But then Phil's obviously not going to a very good tattoo parlor because... well, because they're actually agreeing to put that shit on his body. Most tattoo artists would have more self respect than to have that sort of shit associated with their name. I guess the very fact that they'll do Phil's tattoos would indicate they're not a very respectable place.

Hell, does anyone actually know where Sonju works or if it's an actual tattoo parlor? Or is Phil getting tattooed in some squatter's hovel by a dude with a secondhand tattoo kit?

Devil's tattooed advocate: There's a hell of a difference between a needle (grouping) that's only meant to go down to the dermal layer of your skin, and venipuncture -- or even skin-popping a drug/getting an intramuscular vaccine. I have several tattoos myself and I'm always being asked by nurses and phlebotomists if I have a needle phobia or have ever fainted from getting a shot. It sounds absurd to me, but I guess they have to ask. Just the act of puncturing a vein to start an IV can make some people faint or even go into shock as I understand it.

Sonju "Sonichu" Rattler tattoos out of an actual studio. How good they are is anyone's guess, but in most of those places the artist (or "artist" here) is required to open single-use needles in front of you to prove they're not reusing them. Again, I can't speak to that studio in particular.

Phil posted a picture of the tattoo shop once and there were bikes and tools in the background. That combined with the various low quality infected tattoos makes me suspect it's not the most reputable place.

On Nick Bate's side of the Susquehanna River, there is a "tattoo studio" where a guy is tattooing out of his fucking house, with kids and dogs running in and out, and of course cigarettes happening. Yet I haven't heard of a hep epidemic happening among tattooed people who were not IVDUs in this part of PA.

Hey Phil, take some pictures in front of a mirror: let's see what 180 looks like on you, I'm sure you can find a mirror on the streets somewhere.
