Just like everything else in his life, he'll wait until it's fucked up beyond repair to try and fix it. He's in so much denial over how bad his hair in general is. He does see the entire outside world as potential trolls, if his paranoia is anything to go by.

I've noticed this as people post more and more pics of his zoom-ins. I thought this might be another bad genetics thing (like I suspect is the case with his lips) but after looking at videos of his from 8-10 years ago, I think this (that is, the area/skin around his eyes) is yet another area of his body that has degraded noticeably as his lifestyle has worsened.

I'm of the same opinion. Phil has aged like absolute shit and it would be testament to our modern medical knowlegde he is alive today if he ever went to the doctors. It is however only a matter of time until he strokes out or worse. Enjoy this posted in the general discussion thread.

I really hope I'm right about what Phil plans to do when his hair is ten times thinner (which is absolutely nothing), because I want be able to see that shit. I don't want him to start a policy of never being hatless on camera ever again, WAY funnier if he continues the way he has, unabated.

That makes me feel really nasty for having the same hat.
Note: It came in one of those dumb loot crate things that someone still had coming to the address of the place I had just moved to. I tried to find contact info of the previous owner, couldn't cause the house was sold by "Open Door", and after 2 more showed up I just said fuck it and cracked them open. Some amusing stuff in them, but nowhere near worth what the subscription costed. The hat was one of the items. I am deeply ashamed, now.

Yikes, I think I see it too and noticed a few other things - the tooth you mentioned is gone or mostly gone, its counterpart on the right is discolored, and I'm not sure he has his canines anymore either (I tried to recreate his pose with the front teeth visible and canines hidden, it's doable but you really gotta contort your mouth). Seriously Phil see a dentist and look into the ancient technique of "brushing your goddamn teeth".

Pretty interesting that he breaks his shower somehow, we never see it, and he needs money for it, but his teeth start visibly falling out, and he says nothing.
