This explains his grimacing when eating and the fact that he goes out of his way to never show his teeth. I mean we knew he had problems, he's Phil, but I didn't expect this. I figured it was the color of them or something.

Imagine being so averse to basic hygiene that eating is a painful ordeal. No wonder he got defeated by bone-in chicken. Losing teeth sounds serious though, anyone have any guesses about what that could be indicative of?

Unless he somehow bit into something really hard or hit his teeth on something (I realize this is contrived) most tooth loss is just a consequence of long-term cavities and tooth decay. It'd be neat if the explanation were rare and exotic but this is probably just years of poor/no dental care and tooth-unfriendly diet catching up with the Pig. It's unusual for somebody making $120k/year in a cushy suburb but it is very common in poor areas of the US - one of my in-laws is a dentist and she routinely saw people younger than Phil with worse teeth when she was doing a rotation in a dirt-poor area of her home state.
The Mayo Clinic lists a bunch of causes of tooth decay here and the ones which are most likely for Phil are acid reflux (destroys the enamel) or excessive sugar/starch combined with lack of brushing (sugars and starches cake onto the tooth, this causes plaque, and plaque is acidic enough to damage the tooth - I just learned this today). These are not mutually exclusive and Phil's back teeth must be horrible too since the grooves and pits makes it easier to get plaque or cavities in them.

The rest of his teeth are not in great shape either, I notice that there is more spacing between the upper teeth on his right/our left compared to the other side. I don't know what that means but it's very unusual.

The shittiness of his webcam indeed makes it difficult to tell if it's missing or just THAT out of whack that it appears gone, but it doesn't really matter because either way, it's proof that Phil is declining to mention an actual problem that he could be using for begging purposes. That matters because it's key to understanding just how bullshit his claims are when he's begging for something specific, like a supposedly broken shower or Jasper supposedly having a UTI.
Been saying for a long time, Phil doesn't and will not exploit his REAL issues for pitybux. He's sensitive and the only way for such moments to not hurt him, even when they say bad things about him, are if they're 100% lies. What gets me is that he'll beg for money for one thing and spend it on something else, but that something else has clearly never turned out to be getting his teeth fixed so he doesn't have gaps in them for us mentally-ill nudniks to find by pausing his footage at just the right spots.
Even though he knows we'll do that, it's one of the reason he calls us that kind of thing to begin with. I can't decide if it's him being a retard and not caring about his problems, just being sensitive about people knowing them, or him being a misanthrope and declining to fix his noticeable shit purely out of spite.

Because he's allergic to effort and since he only goes out weekly (at best) he feels he doesn't need to do it more. Anything that keeps him away from his addictions is something he doesn't want to do.

That looks like a chipped tooth to me, at least from my personal experience with a tooth that is sortve sideways the way it grew in. Could just be shorter than the rest and I am a nudnik know nothing troll, either way more to the pile of evidence that his dental hygeine is absolutely horrid.

If it's a chipped tooth then I suspect he had the whole thing removed. I chipped two teeth when I was a kid and the part that wasn't knocked out was extremely sensitive - even things like ice cream and cold water hurt. Fortunately my parents had good dental insurance so I was able to get it filled in but we know from the bankruptcy and bank leaks that Phil has no dental coverage at all. Was there a stretch in 2015 or 2016 where he randomly took a few days off or seemed jumpier than usual? Getting teeth pulled hurts (duh) so if he had it removed he would have probably had difficulty streaming unless the doctor gave him a script for the really, really good painkillers.

Maybe the gin drinking numbs the pain? It's only my thoughts thoug, could be a fucked up tooth he just never got fixed because there really isn't a need to, could be chipped but not enough to cause pain, no idea. I do find it hard to believe though that he wouldn't cry in pain over it like he does papercuts or skin deep knife cuts, man is a massive bitch.
