According to twitch tracker Destiny is still a twitch partner. I can still sub to Destiny twitch channel too. He pulls 5k viewers on average.
I skimmed through his twitter and nothing about it here too.
I don't get why would Destiny become Gunt's cohost, but ok. m8 be fun.
He is, in fact, still partner for the moment. The action against Destiny is being taken by Twitch's legal department, not its moderation team...therefore, he's losing his partnership via termination of his partner contract rather than a ban, and the terms of his contract require Twitch to provide him with 30 days of notice prior to termination. He was notified of this fact around the 8th of September, and will remain partnered until around the 8th of October, at which time it will be removed.
Destiny's Youtube channel is full of debates with people about his departnership and whether or not it is reasonable; Vaush has also created a video where he flails around and tries to redirect blame.
Here is the thread where the news broke:

Here is the Twitch stream he did directly after receiving the news:
Destiny has stated that losing partnership will cost him at least $100,000 per year, and likely a lot more than that unless he happens to get big on Youtube, since non-partners are allowed to stream on multiple platforms at once and he's going to be simulcasting to Youtube once the contract ends.

The reason for his departnering is Vaush's girlfriend and Vaush's roommate spreading a clip of Destiny defending Kyle Rittenhouse and calling for him to be deplatformed. Vaush did not personally spread the clip or call for Destiny to be banned, but did not stop his two closest associates from doing so and thus Destiny holds him responsible.
It's slightly different from Ethan's situation since Vaush actively reported all of Ethan's accounts on-stream after the Drunken Peasants call ended, but fundamentally in both cases it comes down to Vaush sweeping them up so there's going to be a lot of Vaush-related seething on the stream, and we all know what happened the last time Vaush was the main issue at hand.
