You know, long odds, but, I'm going to say this is somehow Cartel related.

Not saying he's being forced to smuggle cocaine up his ass or they cut his head off. More simple, he owes money to a pusher and he's gotta go explain to some guy that he's good for it even though he doesn't have the cash on hand, he's a streamer with lots of cash, its just Mexican ATMs don't work well with Gringo cards and they just eat them all the time. I'm 50/50 if it's for pills or gambling.

I’m going to take a wild guess and say that he snuck in to whatever impound the Guntmobile was in and broke it out while drunk, high, and who knows what else. Then, as he was driving the wrong way down a one-way street, EOR got an email from Pantsu and as he was reading he also had another heart lost control of the Guntmobile, and wrapped it around a telephone pole. He was taken to a nearby hospital where the was given nitro and rested a bit where he sent his usual cryptic tweets that read like an autistic pre-teen girl with autism.
