Somebody visited the property a couple of years ago and found the boards on the back door had been torn off. They posted a video of them going through the house, it's completely uninhabitable. All of the furniture/contents of the home had been left behind and it looked like homeless people had been squatting there.

The conclusion that posters arrived at was that the home would probably have to be demolished and completely rebuilt and that the only value the property has is for the land itself, which isn't very much.

Yea it's completely trashed, it needs a complete teardown. I said it before and people didn't agree, but I'll say it again. When Ralph made all that money in 2021, it was 10x more than enough to fix it up. That home is surrounded by over a dozen military bases/offices. He could've rented it to the US for 5-10% less than what you would charge for a civilian. Why you would do that is because then you don't have to play landlord and evicting people, they pay you regardless if there's a family living there or not, and since it's the government you don't have to worry about late payments or people destroying the property. The rent he would've received would have covered his life in Mexico with enough left over to fund all the Xannies and future piss bottles of tequila he could dream of. Or, he could've just sold it, whatever. If he does not take care of it this year in a couple months, it's gone. The county will auction it off. Even if he does however, now he doesn't even have the money to put a fresh coat of paint on it. Now it's only worth the land it sits on, which is dog shit, but to nigger Ralph that small amount of money will make him "rich".

There's no way a quarter acre lot in fucking West Memphis (maybe on/adjacent to a flood plane) is worth $100k, is there? I'm guessing it's Trulia not knowing the actual state of the house. Looking at the taxes, it's assessed at $70k, and comparables range from $40k-$140. (And the low end ones seem odd, and in way better shape than a house Ronnie melted in.)
