I am willing to bet that the memories that Ralph has about his meeting with his lawyer is completely different than his lawyers recollection.

Ralph is the typical client that thinks the legal system works a certain way and only takes in information that confirms his beliefs.

I feel bad for that woman but at least she is getting paid...hopefully upfront.

I wonder what it is ?
I've had this schitzo theory back from the beginning that Faith and Ralph were plotting something nefarious against her dad to get money out of him, something he discovered once he repo'd her phone. Ralph might incriminate himself and reveal something like that to attack Faith's credibility or simply as a final fuck you.

When has Ralph ever delivered on anything he's claimed?

The sextape, I guess. I don't doubt that he can drop dirt on people, the thing is that no matter how massively he fucks up he still claims it as a win. That's why I love Ralph; he will go to jail for a month then get out and act all triumphant that he got out ("CAN'T ABORT THE RETORT BAYBAY!") when in fact he is still a piece of shit that needed to be locked away. It's somewhat poetic.

oh yeah i forgot that exists too, like people told theyre morbidly obese and short at the doctors office but also that idk their cholesterol is perfectly fine they hear the last bit only. i like to imagine she workshopped breaking the bad news to her client only to get dollar signs in her eyes when she found out that just embarrassing faith in his mind means winning the case and btfo of legal consequence.

fun fact ralph uno is mainly a multiplayer game, making the vickers draw two cards vs your nine just means the alawgs go uno first. also if youre referring to the reverse card i really fucking doubt that youre going to jail faith for revenge porn pig in fact youve already lost two legal battles one to her that acknowledges youre a dangerous stalker trying to get too close to the baby and i think you said the same thing for ade.

im not going crazy right? he said this right before ade fucked his ass in court too no? i remember moob beating about counter suits and fucking her over and suing her for slander and fucking suing that damned pedo josh moon etc etc etc etc and in fact he also said then thatd hed sue me too for saying hed do nothing to ade. still havent seen the suit pig you fat chomo faggot.

Ralph had a long talk with his attorney today, odds are looking good! Gonna taste that sweet freedom when he's picking up trash off highways.

Also KILLSTREAM TONIGHT!

Wow, the attorney he is paying told him he is totally going to win, guess his check cleared! Does Ralph not understand that’s every attorney’s job? I don’t think any attorney tells you to hire them to lose and go to jail.

The pep talk before the big day was given to Scott Peterson and Ted Bundy too. It’s part of the fee.

It depends on who they are, I have not met attorneys but I have met legal advisors who will tell their clients what they perceive the best course of action to be - often this does include pleading guilty. Of course, that doesn't mean their legal advisor did nothing - they could have avoided many charges on the way in. The point is you act as your clients advocate, and sometimes explaining to them what course gets them the lightest sentence is what's in their best interest. That could include a plea.

I don't know how it works in the US, but in the UK legal advisors cannot lie for you, they can't make a story up for you, but they can advise you on how to out across a story or explanation. In Ralph's case it may be that he told her his story - that he was hacked - and she believes it (on a professional level, not in reality.) In which case he may be in good stead - if as we predict he loses her insistance he would win has likely cost Ralph a lower sentence.

My speculation is Ralph has what he deems to be an ace up his sleeve, I initially thought the video he had Faith make was what envisaged as the coup de grace of his defense - but now I think there is something else he's got up his sleeve. That said, I am doubtful of its efficacy - remember, the law says that the revenge porn offence is committed when the porn is released without consent, post hoc consent isn't mentioned as a defense. So whatever DMs he has with Faith he's entering as evidence is going to be laughable. Further, it's not like Vickers or the prosecution won't be aware of it - that's what discovery is for, and if it completely slam dunks the case, usually it won't even go to trial.

I know lots of American attorneys, but more prosecutors than defense attorneys when it comes to criminal practice (but it’s common for prosecutors to go into defense work after years as a prosecutor.)

Any lawyer is going to encourage and pump up a client the night before the trial, esp if they are an anxious mess. They need their client to not be a wreck when they appear in court, so a pep talk is always in order if a client calls you for hand holding - which Ralph obviously did. It’s not lying. You want a client that’s putting up a confident front, not pissing his pants because he’s guilty and knows it. The lawyer has to go along with the fiction Ralph is giving her - he’s innocent.

Given Ralph’s more realistic assessments the past two months I think the lawyer did set realistic expectations but the time for “real talk” isn’t when a client calls you in a panic twelves hours before the trial. The lawyer probably tried to get him to take the plea deal but once he adamantly refused the lawyer will go along with full defense and act like Ralph is innocent, but he isn’t.

Smearing Faith is not a viable strategy, but that’s what Ralph badly wants and might push his lawyer to try to do. It will backfire. A drunken fat 36 year old man was not the victim of a teenager he lured across the country after sexting with her online.

The facts are Ralph is guilty and he knows it. He did share that clip of him fucking Faith on a stream, end of story. The “hacked” story is utter nonsense and trying to insinuate Faith is a lying psycho doesn’t help his case at all and has nothing to do with the matter at hand. I’d be shocked if the judge even lets the lawyer go into anything about her past behavior at all.

The only viable strategy is trying to confuse the matter with technical issues or doubts, but when the DA committed to the case I’m sure he squared away all those issues. I figure Vickers was very helpful with providing hard facts on those matters too because that was Ralph’s excuse for so long and he had to demonstrate it was BS to Faith. (If he could make it clear to Faith, a judge shouldn’t have a problem)

He looks like he's holding back tears, lads. And what a thing to say about your deceased mother "Don't worry baby, you won't suffer any consequences for publishing revenge porn of your autistic teenage girlfriend"

Nice shirt Ralph, what's wrong can't get that top button up so you can wear a tie? Sad. Looking like a reanimated corpse.

I still can't get over Ralph's hair being so gray in spite of him being only 36.
Not even DSP and Chris-Chan aged that badly, don't mix liquor with xanax folks.

Does he have only one dress shirt? Ive seen him wear that once meeting someone where he bragged about how expensive his outfit was and a few times on the kill stream (except it was in a more depressed state, and probably unwashed).

I think the Chris Chan shirt and that one are the only collared shirts he owns. Which is appalling to me because wearing a button down shirt or a polo shirt out in public is a presentable respectable imagine instead of a PlayStation tee shirt with grease stains.

Fuck off with your fake ass "Christ is kang" bullshit

Here's some scripture for ya!

You and your horse put on this façade of Christianity, do absolutely nothing to live the life, go out of your way to be antithetical to it, and then have the audacity, the fucking temerity to quote the writings of a book you do not believe in? Taking the Lord's name in vain doesn't mean not saying Goddammit. It's this.
