For a cheat day this is still excessive. No wonder Ralph only self report his weight rather than showing up the haters by tweeting pictures of the scale.

• Two +8 oz pork chops pan fried in butter (1,100 calories pork + 200 calories 2 Tbsp butter)
• Three cups of salad topped with cheese, bacon, and soon to be a cream based salad dressing (200 calories dressing 2 Tbsp + 22 calories Parmesan cheese + 50 calories bacon)
• Four baked Yukon Gold potatoes (300 calories)
• One dinner roll (77 calories without butter)

This one meal was a grand total of at least 1,949 calories. If Ralph weighs his self reported 240-250 lbs he will need to walk 12.5 miles just to counter this meal. None of this is shocking given at least once a show the sound of a grinder can be heard when Ralph turns off his camera. Also shows his super fancy improperly set up dynamic mic can pick up sounds of a shart.
Few other things noticeably in the picture. The Ralph household may be a bottled water only household. Why are there no napkins? Before flying back from Portugal Ralph posted an image of the cat waiting for him on that table. So the cat goes from walking in its litter box to walking on that table which now has come in contact with silver ware. A laptop screen can be seen sitting on something behind May's chair. Maybe family mealtime thread reading? Lastly, why the two chops? July is coming fast and the excuses will fly faster than fireworks come time to explain why he isn't 220 lbs.
