Correct, but Harry mentioned that this court date would also present Pantsu with the choice of whether or not she will pursue child support from Ralph. She likely did and this is why Ralph is extra seething because he now is on the hook for the next 17 years.

I know some states have the mother pursue Child Support in order to receive Welfare/Food Assistance. Not entirely sure how NY handles that though.
