This happens every time Ralph gets “clean”.
it’s honestly like clockwork.
He always manages to quickly lose weight because a lot of his weight was just due to alcoholism + pill addiction (primarily in the form of high calorie beers and eatting so he can have more pills).
If he goes off the stuff for a few weeks( like he did when he was apparently in rehab), then of course he will shrink down again. But it is only water weight loss.
He’s still fat. He’s just lost a lot of the inflammation around his face.
He’s probably in his natural habitat, under a bridge like the shit flinging goblin he is.

Ralph could have the answer to cancer on his show and no one would know about.

Ralph, it's very unfair of you to expect someone to watch the Killstream. Personally I just finished painting an accent wall in my bathroom and have to watch it dry. Try to think of someone other than yourself for once.

That's quite a rare thing isn't it? When somebody's guess is as good as anybody else's, including people who have been keeping up with the thread.
Ralph can both lose, or gain tits, any anomaly of his body is a mystery to all.
I dare say that we can apply this logic to an even higher degree; a doctor's guess wouldn't be any better than ours on Kiwifarms.
You would think that one of us could understand the unholy trinity combination of drinking alcohol, eating shit, pill abuse, and its affects on the human body. But Ralph keeps us in suspense.
Is it a rash from an allergy or stress? Is it perhaps hives from booze? Will his missing fourth tit sag back out eventually, or is it gone forever? And what of the gunt itself?
Who knows. That's the beautiful thing, your guess is as good as anybody else's.

Pretty easy to come to this conclusion when he refuses to show anything below the shoulders on camera ever again. He just laughs and giggles at the girls 10" taller than him's pictorial ebadance because as long as he never shows his disgusting, deflated blob body ever again, he can pretend to have lost any amount of pounds he wants during his 3 week stay in Rehab.

It's probably a combination of ozempic and alcohol. If he's done what I think he's done, he asked his doctor for the highest dose of ozempic possible (4mg, iirc) and is getting all his calories from alcohol and snacks, but is only consuming a small fraction of the calories he would normally consume. I have a relative that did this and ended up shedding weight like a husky sheds hair, but also ended up incredibly sick because he managed to malnourish himself.
