Cross Border Xpress apparently. It’s a method of getting from Tijuana Airport into the US.

The airport's right on the border so 'CBX' is in essence just an entrance to the airport on the US side. It's fast because you can go through customs there rather than the absolute delay nightmare of the main road crossings.

Ralph says he's detained at "the CBX", which is Cross Border Xpress, the pedestrian bridge connecting the interior of Tijuana airport to San Diego port of entry.
