Only someone incapable of contributing to and improving society in a meaningful way - like a NEET hiding in the third world - is forced to resort to citing reproduction as the entire purpose of being alive. Ralph, as usual, is retarded. Hospice is a type of palliative care, not a separate thing from palliative care.

Curative = they’re trying to cure you
Palliative = they’re trying to make you comfy
Hospice = a type of palliative care for people who aren’t expected to get better. I believe the “only six months to live” thing is specifically to get Medicare to pay for a hospice facility. The actual length depends on a lot of factors, and someone can die days or weeks into hospice care or live beyond six months.
