He usually has to take a bunch of connecting flights because he's so broke but today he found a direct flight at the time he needed it the most and he could afford it? Sure.

It wouldn't surprise me if he's doing this hoping the cops stop looking for him to try and fly out.
Who knows with him, either way, he's a teflon tard so he would probably be arrested and released immediately and he would flee to Mexico anyway, so it's not like there is much difference.

Even if it was the guy has probably recorded a video of his plane landing in Mexico City before so I'm still not convinced. It's not even like I don't believe the most likely outcome is Ralph getting back to Mexico unscathed, he has plot armor afterall.

I might be completely wrong, but it just seems weird with him being as broke as he is, and the lack of any gloating victory videos/photos other than this, which was more to "prove" he wasn't in the US anymore. And this could have been filmed by anyone, or on another trip.
Besides, Ralph is terrified of being arrested, I can't see him doing anything other than hiding when he knows the cops are out looking for him.

Unless he shows some pictorial evidence I'm going to believe he's hiding like a bitch in a motel waiting for it all to blow over so he can go back to his crackshack.

Believe it or not there's a growing anti-American sentiment in Mexico due to American ex-pats causing a dramatic rise in the cost of living, they've had actual protests about it in places like Mexico City.

And Mexican authorities can be surprisingly strict about some things. Recently there was a "Mexican-American" UFC fighter who disappeared, no one knew where he was, until he resurfaced recently claiming he just did 8 months in a Mexican prison because he took a little bit of weed across the border into Mexico.

Point being, you never really know what will happen. It's a pretty big chance to take, especially for a gringo.

You've got to reluctantly admire his criminal instinct. Private transport, hard to identify for APB and not easily searchable like trains/buses.
The cops would've had to spot him from within the car and perfectly know his image to justify stopping the uber, as the plates aren't his.
Do it during the night with no interior light and it is virtually impossible. They had no frame of when he left, which direction or his estimated arrival.

Given that he managed to get the flight, I presume Milwaukee PD and surrounding TSA locations don't share the same APB system?
If they knew he was of interest, they would've delayed him and/or called the cops? I found that surprising post-9/11.

Eh, it was a domestic with the stolen property being a broken laptop. They're not crossing state lines to haul in a domestic, unless dummy gets picked up.

Now... if this does get pursued and a judge drops (another) warrant on Ralph's ass, they probably will make it nationwide, given his past in Minnesota and his existing restraining orders.
