The number of times he's been told how to deal with his weight problem and alcoholism is too many to count. Any detailed explanation of how to turn his life around if he wants to live another ~10 or so years has been routinely ignored. It's why most people just give up and say "maybe more jail time would do him some good" because he has no impulse control.
EDIT: To add to this, he was talking about how he attended several AA meetings some many months ago but then like two days later you get a Pillstream so none of this really fools anyone.

Right, this is the core issue that addicts don't like to admit they have addictions. In Ralph's hugbox circle that admitting he has a substance abuse problem would be conceding defeat and therefore he could no longer appear as the Ralphamale to his gunt-licking audience that gives him money. He has to sustain that demographic with his antics that his substance abuse facilitates.
TL;DR it's also been said that his paypigs are his enablers which I think is fairly accurate.

I don't know with dax paying for hosting if anything will really happen, I think it might just turn into killstream Live but with video hosting and bonus shit no one cares that pig pretends is successful until its only mentioned in the same way killstreamlive is now. I can't see too many paying for it though when. Ralph has to scream and beg in discords for paypigs to btfo me with still under minimum wage from just 5 dollars the previous night and when all the features you basically get for patreon support or using killstream live anyway

It might actually be possible for the Killstream to run at a loss once he starts steaming on his own website. Hosting would certainly cut into his minimum wage revenue, even if most of it points to Trovo and itās just old episodes etc on the site.
i think he said he got some loser to pay for all that though, now its possible thats just a lie to own the aylawgs, or hes not counting some upfront payment or "i swear i wont bale or piggy out on you" fund the partner asked for to make sure he has his piggy skin in the game too as "paying for it" since his money wouldnt technically be for buying the hosting. but i could see ralph at least knowing that doing this from his own pocket in this situation is a terrible idea. i dont know i guess append all my opinions on this as "possibly" since we know fuck all except this will at most get piggy maybe 90 dollars a month assuming the max single digit sub price of nine dollars and a generous estimate of 20 subscribers and a 50 50 split with the network paying partner.
also he actually gets substantially less than minimum wage now, he only sniffed near min wage last night because he forces piggies to donate more the next night after i call him out on his shit donos AND he happened to luck into an ok guest. he gets anywhere from between 5 cents (no really i shit you not) to like half of minimum wage even with guests like milo or whoever the fuck has been on since trovo i forget, oh fuentes one time.
side note how long can ethan feasible survive with metrics like this? im actually curious, oh also weve basically confirmed faith has him on child support so take that into account too lol
