She’s definitely a whatever is available type of addict, but booze and uppers (coke/meth) seem to be her preferred poisons. The endless talking / blabbing are the result of being drunk but also on stimulants.
 
Scarlett had a couple of call ins to the Killstream over the Easter weekend that I've gone through and clipped up.

Still Free Bird / Black Swan
