FWIW I'm pretty sure the info came from Geek while commenting on Warski's thread a couple months back, if you go through either Geek's posts or just go back a bit through Warski's thread you could probably find it.
I think he said that this was right after Warski ran away from the apartment he shared with Ralph. When one night, after sharing a cig with Nora outside, an incredibly drunk Ralph had belligerently attacked Warski saying he was hitting on Nora and that they were trying to make a fool out of him, or some other idiotic paranoid bullshit.
Warski, like a complete coward ran away, leaving his precious PS4 behind never getting it back.
Because of that he wanted to make some sort of attack video on Ralph, but they patched up things shortly after or something when Ralph helped him get viewers. He hasn't stopped sucking Ralph's micro dick since.

He says "3-4 months" isn't a big deal, and that even "11 months" won't end him. It seems like the former refers to a potential plea deal (he didn't explicitly state this, but that's the implication between the statements today and yesterday) whereas the latter is the maximum sentence if he goes to trial and loses.
He also has a hghly specific succession plan for the Killstream that involves Pat Dixon replacing him and cohosting with Gator.
He's pretty convinced he's going away.

And jail isn't entirely a bad thing. Not for the reasons Ralph thinks. He is not being martyred for the wignat cause. He is thrown into jail for wigger nonsense on par with punching a lady cop. And really, given the size of his audience, who cares? It is like caring about @Bryan Dunn flashing his skin on video every week on the Farms to honeytrap faggots.
We can laugh at how Ralph might actually win the weight loss competition at jail. However on a serious note, I hope jail can actually bring him back to his senses.
I believe his first stint in jail achieved the same effect.

Ralph's nigger mentality and absolute gutter-tier personality is innate and all encompassing, before the original jail arc he acted in much the same manner he does now, except without the level of scrutiny he also enjoys presently.
Sure, he might straighten up for a little while after his release, but he'll soon be back to boozing and hollering because that's all he knows as a husk of a person.
Obviously Ralph is deeply unhappy and self-loathing, if he wasn't so needlessly smug and self-congragulatory I'd be worried he'd do something to harm himself (or God forbid Pantsu or the baby). He should absolutely ditch the liquor and drugs and seek help, get medicated, work on being a good father. Too bad he's so weak, I don't see any of this ending well.

1) Of course he was gonna cope about going to prison. I even expected him to somehow try to spin it as a good thing. Ethan is a walking contradiction who thinks people have the same wetbrain-level memory as him and forget what he constantly says about not being able to retort the abort. I'd say going to prison is a very clear abortion of the retortion.
2) I like how even in the succession plan, Gator isn't the main host. Absolutely ultra pathetic behavior and Gator still kisses his master's feet and begs for Ralph to spit on his face. This level of subservience isn't even seen in the most broken-willed slaves on Earth. Gator is INTENTIONALLY and WILLINGLY like this. I wouldn't wish an existence like this on even my worst enemies. I hope Gator can get the mental health help he requires.
