Ethan Ralph is not allowed to use her name or discuss her in any capacity; thus, the existence of this page suggests that he has failed to comply with the order from its very outset. This is not some hidden page, either - it contains her full name in the page URL, the page body, and a lot of the meta tags in the page's source code. No good-faith effort to remove all materials relating to Blair pursuant to any court ruling could have missed this page.

Given that this case - which Ethan lost decisively - was specifically over the issue of Ethan using theralphretort.com to broadcast Blair's personal information to the public for the purpose of unlawful harassment, his continued display of this material relating to her is surely a violation of the standing order of protection.

I don't know the soundness of this legal theory in actuality, and I'd be very interested to hear what more legally-informed people think, but my guess is that he's wrong and he should absolutely be taking it down as soon as he can.

If Ade has filed a certified copy of her protective order with the court in VA, she can bring it to the court’s attention. There is actually a federal law which requires states to enforce other states’ protective orders. Violating a PO is grounds for contempt, but its also a crime. Would he get charged based off this? IDK, I doubt it. But they’d probably tell him to take it down.
