Would it have been 60K? I thought he went to a community college which would put his bill at a few hundred to a few thousand? Did he ever name the college? We would check what classes that place requires for a political "science" degree and ask if Ralph attended those classes? I dont know if they can share that information though I know FERPA exists, but not sure it applies to adults. But pursing his college stuff might provide us some corn for harvesting.

I’m sure the cost of tuition for all the years he attended was under $10k but guys like Ralph always went for maximum loan amounts they didn’t need to buy weed, pay their rent, new stereo, booze, etc… Student loans nothing but piggy bank that allowed them to be drunk, buy toys and stay unemployed for a few years before flunking out. Ralph's meth mouth is coming in nicely. It is nice to see Ralph genuinely happy for once. Sitting at a bar just before one in the afternoon, pounding margaritas, and talking about drinking with the bartender. Hopefully the sound of a shaker wasn't upsetting with how much it sounds like a rattling pill bottle in the hands of a wooden horse fan.

I was under the impression he went to a local school and stayed with his mother during that time. Though its hard to know as he was in South Carolina for some years and he comes from West Memphis Arkansas. He was in Virginia with his mother since at least 2015 as well. He moves around a lot so its hard to know if he was paying for board. Also his mother had lots of money in credit card debt (there was a lean on 1509 Bangle Drive) it is possible she bought him things, putting her in debt, or he just used her card. So lots of the money he wasted could have been technically his mother's and now that debt has died with her.

I've always noticed Ralph's nose tilts to one side since before the Portugeuse beat down. However from select post-fight pics I've seen it really does seem worse.

I'm beginning to think Ralph lost nerve control in his bad eye (left eye, I think). There's been plenty examples recently of the one eye being half open, as if it's getting worse.

I would think this to be caused from surgery rather than a direct result of the fight. Perhaps the blow to his eye socket has slightly misplaced it's location while the nerve damage is furthering the asymmetry by his inability to control both eye lids simultaneously.

Seriously, how often do you see someone with just one eyelid half open? His eyes are broken.

The town name isn't consistent between property records and current google maps, but the house is the same. Property search shows that as having been owned by Sandra Ralph until it was foreclosed on (You can search the property records for yourself here: Spartanburg Co Property Search )
That house is about ~20 mins away from the USC Spartanburg Campus, so it's a fair assumption that he just lived with his mom while he attended college.
