Apparently it's an indoor gun range with some other amenities inside like a merch store and a cafeteria. It's got some rooms for martial arts training too.

It's mostly just weird so I don't like it. It should all work but I'm not sure that the sinks are actually fastened to the iron pipes being used to hold them up.
