This is probably a stupid thought but what do you all think Ralph would be doing if he never hit it "big" in the gamergate era? It was probably the worst thing that could have ever happened to him in the long term, he's aged a good 30 years in the span of about 8. thats not the important bit, but yeah you self report, the real thing is that all va licenses expire within a set period of time, the only times those differ apparently is for the elderly and people required to register as sex offenders. ralphs license does not expire within the normal time frame.
