He moved to WV just to try and grift attention as a candidate- he has zero chance of winning. It’s just a shameless ploy to promote himself.

I looked into Sisco when Ralph did that embarrassing rally with him because I wondered what politician would have anything to do with Ralph. No surprise Sisco is just a grifter hungry for attention, which is why he associated with Ralph. No serious candidate would touch Ralph with a 50 ft pole.

How am I not surprised? An attention seeker is latching on to The Gunt for any sort of relevancy.
