Assuming Michael is Michael Alberto, I don't know much about him except that he's a small streamer who took inspiration from Flamenco to just ask Jim to be on his stream and Jim accepted.

Since Cozy is invite only, he'll to be hosting what is probably going to be an embarrassing roast of the CEO of Cozy, and he suddenly finds himself more on a side he didn't exactly choose than he was 72 hours ago, that might be part of where the timidity when dealing with Amerigunt First comes from.

Thing is, the text revealed that she was still friendly and actively participating in a friendship with Ralph and May long after the fact. She continued to drink with a guy that she knew wanted to fuck her, and I think there is a decent chance she was also a driving force to get herself drunk enough to do something degrading to herself because she's crazy. The way she describes it herself is that she got drunk and sucked his dick, again black out is not passed out. You can't tell when someone is blacked out, and being blacked out doesn't mean you will do things different than being drunk and remembering.

There he can check out the timeline if he really is interested in what happened, ie the assault happened this year, not last year and she didn’t continue her friendship with Ralph afterwards.
Also ralph took her phone and tried to delete their text messages after the assault, which is an odd thing for an innocent person to do don’t you think? The problem is they are both unreliable narrators of their own lives, so taking either at their word is naive.

Alice is an attention whoring E-thot who hangs around meth heads and felons, and does not exactly have a history of telling the truth.

Ralph is a serial liar, but instead of recounting the whole history of his lying let's just note that Ralph committed a sex crime against his then girlfriend and was caught red handed doing it on stream. He has been convicted beyond a reasonable doubt of this crime, and even though it would have zero impact on his sentencing (in fact may have benefitted him, as he could have had the same or similar sentence months earlier without the spectre of prison hanging over his head) he flat out refuses to admit it, even now. Admitting it would not impact him, but may allow him to start to repair the relationship with the mother of his child, their family, and therefore make access to his child easier. That is the depths of depravity this wigger will dive to when it comes to lying.

For these reasons, we need to look at what evidence does exist. Alice provided receipts, which back up all the circumstancial evidence of the context of the assault. They do not prove the rape, but they do - in this specific instance - give a lot of credibility to what she has said about Ralph.

Ralph, on his 21 hour cannonball run down to Dallas for the Gunterbowl, said prior to the DMs leaking that the DMs were full of "lovey dovey shit", implying they would undermine Alice's story. They did nothing of the sort.

Finally, Ralph's own behaviour and his own statements show that he is willing to break societal norms, engage in dangerous, felonious and harmful behaviour for selfish reasons. He has said he would murder people but for the legal consequences, and would do so for very minor infractions against him in the grand scheme of things. The texts with Alice show an old man trying to get a vagrant to spend time with him, as he bought her presents and told her he wanted to fuck her, meanwhile she constantly turned him down on the offer.

I would surmise that the evidence does point to some sort of encounter between them. That it shows their relationship died at a sudden moment. That he was interested in her sexually, and that he targeted her as she is a vulnerable person - in the sense she's a homeless mentally ill young woman - and that Ralph is absolutely not above doing heinous acts for selfish self gratifying reasons. This isn't proof, but it definitely leans more towards Alice version of events.
