The most likely scenario is that he was not offered an exclusivity contract. That's why Ralph didn't take the deal... it was never offered.

I doubt he'd accept exclusivity contract if it ever was an option unless it's for stupidly high amount. He restreams his own shit on 3 platforms atm, and was hoping killstream.tv will be a thing again. It would mean he gives up 3 or 4 platforms to stream exclusively on Odysee.
