The basic gist is that Ralph screamed about no pictures and being alogged and Faith most likely in a much more calm manner told the judge Ralph is a crazy person. Throughout all this it seems Ralph had one of his patented shitshow meltdowns, embarrassing himself, his lawyer and everyone else on his behalf.

The judge at some point shut him up and did some quick math in their head as to how to end this as quickly as possible and offered a compromise of pictures and to ignore the rest of the domestic drama.

Agreeing with the judge is the best thing to do here when playing the long game. It makes Faith look as if she’s not driven by spite or revenge and has a clear head. Her showing she is willing not to be petty or get dragged into Ralph’s shit will look well for her in future court proceedings.

Every time Ralph shows up and acts as a crazy person while she remains calm and open to the courts feedback only strengthens her ability to keep renewing the DVRO for her and Xander against Ralph as well as gives her more credibility when she approaches the court with a serious matter.

That and if Ralph wants a picture he has to risk getting served. So what the hell, let him come get a picture.

I may have not clarified well to be honest. It's also why I need to do a full section on the Journal because there are a lot of moving parts to it.

The person subpoenaing Dedman and Hatchett is Faith. Vickers is just on the sidelines cheering about it. When the journal stuff first happened, Faith was targeted by the Council and threatened with the public release of her journal (which she wrote during her stay in a mental health facility) which Ralph had never returned to her. A reminder, both the police, VA court and VA DDA had ordered him to do this. The Council then upped the stakes by demanding $2000 in order to prevent its release. This is literally extortion.

Before a criminal case towards extortion and other crimes can be made, there must be first enough evidence to compel detectives and district attorneys to pursue charges. When Deadman released the entire Council discord online, that evidence came into existence. If Faith is able to prove that the people in the discord are the same and/or connected to the people who extorted her on the YT stream, its likely criminal charges can be brought towards them and anyone who provided them with the journal in the first place (Ralph)..

Faith also has a reasonable argument that on top of criminal charges, if Ralph provided them with the journal with the intent to harass her, this would also be a violation of the DVRO.

Faith (by which I mean Faith and any attorneys employed by Faith) under her DVRO with Ralph, has subpoenaed Jesse Dedman (Deadman) and Ethan Hatchett (The Laughing Daiymo) in order to have them state under oath that the discord logs are real, that they are the ones in the discord logs, and that Hatchett came into possession of the journal.

We now know that Dedman was served. After bitching about it, Dedman decided to sign the prepared statement he received. This statement authenticated the Discord logs, authenticated it was him who leaked them, that the user "thedaiymo" in them was Ethan Hatchett of Macon, GA and that he came into possession of the journal. It is safe to assume that Daiymo received a similar service from the local sheriffs. If he refused to sign the statement he was required to appear during this DVRO hearing as another matter before the court.

Clearly Daiymo has neither signed the statement nor appeared in court. Doing this not only opens him up to contempt and fines, but now that Faith has the Dedman declaration, she likely has enough to start talking to the Georgia police. Anyone in that discord that is doxed has opened themself to subpoena and any criminal charges Daiymo could now be facing but that's a matter for another day.

I’m which direction? Legally Vickers can factually discuss anything about his or Faiths case. He just can’t shit on or engage Ralph directly or by proxy.

Ralph discussing Faith and her case though is a no-go. The DVRO is pointed at him from herself and Xander. There isn’t one pointing the other way. The custody agreement he signs doubles down on this in some ways and prevents either from discussing specifically the custody agreement online in a public forum.
