Imagine if you will. It's not uncommon in aboriginal communities but when they go that young it's usually a combination of extreme beer or wine abuse and an overall bad diet felting the pancreas hard enough to develop type II diabetes, which then goes unmanaged and spirals out of control due to the alcoholism.
