Call me heartless, but that baby is genetically 50% Ralph and 50% Pantsu. Regardless of who ends up raising it, or how, it's probably not going to grow up to be a pillar of the community.

Given his overall physical health and his chronic drug and alcohol abuse, his morbid obesity, his lack of exercise, etc., a life insurance company either wouldn't offer him coverage, or would charge an astronomical amount for a policy which wouldn't come to maturity for a few years. By which point, unfortunately, ralph will probably be dead.
