If you know how to use the command line (or can figure it out, aka you are white) use yt-dlp.
It's a fork of yt-dl and what you do it open the command line and navigate to the folder that contains the yt-dlp program.
Type this command:

yt-dlp [url here] -f "bv[ext=mp4]+ba[ext=m4a]/b[ext=mp4]/b"

Keep all of that the same, but type the url in the [url here] but that's it. No brackets needed.

I've really got to learn ffmpeg. I've been clipping so far by downloading the entire stream and going through it in sony vegas.

I just use OBS to screen capture the rough bit of the stream I want to clip then clean it up in lightworks. That way I don't need to pull the whole thing.

For trimming video and other basic stuff is super easy. e.g., for that clip I just ran:

ffmpeg  -i $(yt-dlp.exe https://cozy.tv/ethanralph/replays/2023-03-03  -g  "bv[ext=mp4]+ba[ext=m4a]/b[ext=mp4]/b") -ss 00:07:20 -to 00:15:06 -vcodec libx264 xanax.mp4

^ this is probably much more efficient though.
