Wings is unironically in better health than Ralph and we've all seen how little damage the gunt can take before being downed. Wings' throwing of controllers has for sure given him the upper body strength required to knockout Ralph.
Wings can punch holes in walls, Ralph can't even beat a woman in arm wrestling.
Wings is also 5'5", so he's got 4 inches on Ralph.

Nora was easily the best woman Ralph could've dreamed of pulling. Smart, young, independent who, incredibly, loved Ralph for who he was and not for e-clout.
