He's been having stomach issues it seems... He was also taking Omeprazole (pic related) the other night.

It's used for lots of digestion related issues from indigestion, heartburn, gastroesophageal reflux disease, peptic ulcer disease, Zollinger–Ellison syndrome and is used to prevent upper gastrointestinal bleeding in people who are at high risk.

Ralph admitted recently that he suffers from heart burn/acid reflux. I suffered from it for years before finding my trigger, which was lactose. This is why I knew Ralph had it before admitting to it since he as always clearing his throat like I had to. I would take a small swig of pepto when it was really bad, but that only relieved the symptoms like 10-30%.

Ralph just needs to find his trigger and cut it out. It's probably alcohol to be honest, so he'll be dealing with this issue till the day he dies from liver failure or choking in his own vomit.

The pepto and omeprazole is due to the drinking. A while back I had some issues and went on a couple week bender. I started getting indigestion so bad that at one poinr I called an ambulance because I thought I was having a heart attack. For me, it was a wake-up call. I quit drinking, went on a water fast for about 5 days, and started going to the gym again.

So my theory for Ralph’s “heart burn” is he’s throwing up blood again.

Back after the break up with Faith, Skype DMs were getting leaked and one of them Ralph was talking about he was vomiting black almost every night and was too stupid to understand that black vomit is blood and most likely from the drinking. Faith said he should stop drinking and go to hospital (lmao you can guess how he took that).

I think Ralph has some mega fucked up internal issues, almost 100% due to drinking and Benzos. The only doc he knows is the one that rubber stamps his Xanni perceptions so don’t know if Ralph will be honest with that doc that something isn’t right inside.

The disturbing thing to me is a complete lack of sense of humor. How do you not laugh and loosen up at least a little bit at how silly this is.

If Ralph had that sense of humor, he would never have sunk this low in his life. He would still be in America streaming to his previous audience and having interesting guests instead of slow roasting in Mexico, humiliating himself to a bunch of gay catboys following the sexless fed asset latino savior of the white race, isolated from all of his previous friends.
