From my understanding he was a previous Ralph viewer that broke rank and has been active in Kino Casino. He then donated over $1k to Ralph in one day to milk content from him, but Ralph scammed him instead and didn't fulfill the goals. Andy and PPP have talked the scamming in a few of the previous streams and you can see Aljam being mentioned in the comments of their clip channel as well. So based on his twitter post, he gave literally every last penny he had to Ralph only to be scammed and is now waiting on his family member's will to come through, which he will no doubt squander all the same.
