I actually OHP 140lbs for reps this morning. For reference that’s almost a full third of Ralph’s current weight. I only managed to deadlift 350lbs and not a full Ralph so it’s a Ralphamale victory over the alogs.

Also he abandoned the country his daddy gave him so hard he’s using that gay measurements instead of American units.
