Is it possible to knock yourself out and then fall asleep during being knocked out due to substance abuse? There's no way he's actually unconscious from a KO for an hour without being dead.
 
People aren't reading the post or watching the full clip. You can see him crawling away. I'm assuming he went to bed instead of calling an ambulance.

Do we really know if he is on the ground or did he crawl away to go get help or something? The last thing we see of him (like a fucking cryptid) is crawling away for a brief moment.

I mean he clearly crawled off screen to bed. He could have a concussion or a brain bleed maybe. And it looks like he could’ve stumbled onto his gimp arm.

Personally this sucks because him passed out on stream while everyone tries to wake him while his phone is going off is such kino
 
Best case scenario:
>passed out and raking in the superchats
He might fucking die scenarios:
>got a concussion and aspirating on his own vomit
>cut himself on broken piss bottles, currently bleeding out on the floor
>didn't get a major cut, but the broken piss bottles are giving him sepsis while he's passed out
>cartel gangbangers broke in and are skinning him alive because he pissed someone off
