Ralph had to submit all his financials for evaluation when child support was determined. Being that Sandra’s dead, if the account is still making transactions, it’s obviously Ralph.

He may be afraid to make any more transactions on it. Especially US ones.

He never upped the Financials instead he cucked to fai fai...they had an agreement set for 800 monthly. Rather than have viggertits leak his bank records he stuck to that rather than the 17 percent of his gross income for Xander. Even at liberal estimates he's not clearing that much money bi monthly let alone each month.

Ralph thinks he got a W but his smooth brain could have told the world they wouldn't know if he had stashed finances as a cope and had his CS lowered by providing income verification.

Let's not forget Ralph is a gigantic retard who forced himself into child support payments because the gaylogs were making fun of him. He could have gotten off scot free, but noooo. Instead of giving up his rights to see Xanduh, he chose to visit Xanduh 8 hours a year with the added bonus of $800 per month in child support. Ralph is such a moron.

If he gave up all parents rights, that would have unironically not only have been a Ralphamale W, but a W for Xanduh and Faith. I visited Memphis once on business. Those ribs are amazing.

It’s nice that Ralph gets this experience. It’s like Make A Wish for failed streamers. We can’t send you to Disney, but we’ll fly you to Memphis for a few days and you can have a decent meal and a few beers before you have to go back to the shack.
