If fatass can no longer post about his son, then he will no longer be useful to him and I expect Ralph won't be seeing him too many more times. What good is a kid if you can't parade around the fact you see your child once every 3 months to own the haters?

I wonder how long he has to pay the full amount owing? Was that not known or discussed? Either way, that will be a good hit on the pill funds.

Ralph has a problem with having conditions placed on him. He doesn't respect them. Even if he does intend to keep seeing his son, he is bound to mention details or fuck up as, like I said above, the kid is a prop for him. And he is a fucking hot-headed alcoholic idiot.
 
I hope the kid at least gets through the holidays before having another uncomfortable ‘visit’ forced on him with that stinky scabby fat man who grabs him up and gets all up in his face asking for HUGS and
KISSES.

How is that a W? That sounds like a death kneel for the Ralphamale. He’s going to have to shake that tin cup harder and sell the cup just to make that, and cut meeting with prostitutes. By God he has a Xanax and booze addiction this is cruel and unusual torture under the constitution!
 
Ralph should seriously go to Faith and offer to sign away his parental rights in exchange for nixing child support payments.

$200 due every week on the same day (Saturday, for example) sounds more manageable and a lot less nebulous than $800 at the end of the month, at least specifically for how Ralph's brain operates. He can blow off Monday and Tuesday and / or squander the money he makes on those days, but as long as he makes at least $70 on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, he doesn't have anything to worry about. Alternately, he collects the $200 at the beginning of the week and sends it in immediately.

There was nothing stopping him from doing this before, but having a court enforced deadline gives him incentive to actually send the money when he's supposed to.

In the long run it's not a W, but in Ralph's situation it seems a lot more streamlined.

I don't remember how Powerchat works, but my recollection is you're just a vendor on Square, so assuming any of that is real, Ralph collects in a couple of days. On Rumble withdrawals, you can do it at any point, once you reach a certain dollar level (like, as low as $50? $20?). I guess it all depends on how much (or little) Ralph's really earning these days.

How the hell he gets that transferred Faith, I have no idea. Presumably via his dead mom's Paypal.

He can do a wire transfer via western union or some other similar service. Alternately he could just get one of those cheap prepaid debit cards like GreenDot or Netspend and figure out a solution that way. I think he was directly transferring payment via PayPal to Faith's own account. I don't know if there's some other dedicated gateway or service supplied by the state to track payments, but that could be another solution too.

He briefly touched on the PayPal question (whether he was allowed to use his dead mom's account) and said the court didn't explicitly say he couldn't keep using it, but that it could become an issue if or when Faith re-files her complaint in San Diego.

I doubt the court gives a shit as long as the money gets to Faith, but I would imagine its against Paypal TOS to use your dead mothers PPal to ban evade the service. Plus there is the Know Your Customer issue.
