Pretty sure he's referring to Kevin Brennan, he's a washed up stand up who has a podcast where he hangs on Dabbleverse drama. Ralph's extremely butthurt for some reason because she goes into Brennan's chat and gets interviewed every once in a while on his show. Brennan is a married old dude with kids in New York iirc so I doubt it goes much further than that.
