Ethan is trying to get remonetized on Dlive.

He asked them if he could have his suspension lifted and be reinstated, but they said he had to remain suspended for the entire duration before they'd be willing to talk about remonetization.

Even as he talked about this issue, he repeatedly praised Trovo and said he wasn't looking to jump ship, which makes it seem like he's on really thin ice and is desperately straddling the line.

It's him trying to spin a narrative, that jealous internet weirdos are harassing him just because he's successful. You'd be surprised how many of his more "normie" or passive listeners have no idea what is going on in regards to the actual situation he's in or that have been fed half-truths from other guntguards and legitimately think that this is really just a JEALOUS ALAWG vendetta (source: I share a chat with someone who listens to him casually and regaled them with the reality of what's been going on since the Harvest. They were deeply perturbed to say the very least).
