Rand would be a better host than Ralph. He's energetic, loves to banter, does some decent prep beforehand, and is funny to listen to (though not on purpose). I'd listen to a Rand + Dingo show on TRS.

Listening the last couple of nights, I've noticed that Ralph and Gator don't really have basic social skills in terms of communication. Like they don't listen, they don't interject or follow through with interesting tangents and it's totally bizarre and stilted.

Rand doesn't really have that problem, he seems to be able to get on the level of the guest and actually have a decent chat/riff but the problem with Rand and his streams is he has no direction or structure. He's an interesting enough guy and all, but it's just he's retarded.
