the sold house makes sense to me he said before about moving in the new house and sorting things with the old house i wanted confirmation before in a post i made before but that confirms it.
in 2017 my grand father was in in hospital and my uncle was living in his house and the family sold the old house to move in to a new house but my grand father in the end did not make it but it was when he had a second heart attack when it looked like he was not going to come out and they did not let him come home out of hospital ( stupidity was huge with the reason, `risk to health` but he was almost dead any way) . we were fighting the hospital but they are not good with being humane.

the shit shack was rented but he did only move very recently i would wonder he was probably given time to move out by new owner anyway

It comes down to Ralph being a fat lazy blob who has inexplicably gathered a small amount of people who respect and look up to hin, but he is objectively pathetic. He can tell Gator he is going to improve, but the most that will amount to is a new microphone he doesn't need and another bottle of liquor.

As for him basically having a degree except for some unverified excuse, show us the transcripts Ralph. I believe he flunked out and simply chooses the excuse that

I don't think you can do uberEats with as many driving infractions as Ethan. Lots of those jobs require you to have relatively spotless driving records. I've heard of people being turned down as Amazon flex drivers and the like for just parking tickets.
