Here, I gave it some ears. I don't think they're located exactly right but it looks like it might be a little bit of a retarded pig to begin with so maybe that's appropriate.

Yeah, but that's what makes it funny. Adding ears would ruin it, if anything it should be edited to double down on its inherent weirdness. Maybe something like this:

If you add ears of a different resolution and have them be stationary it might be funnier.
