Pathfinder is sort of an okay tabletop game, if you're really deeply into D&D3.5, but I don't think it has yet had a successful video game adaptation the way 5e had Baldur's Gate 3 or AD&D had Neverwinter Nights (and the other two Baldur's Gates, though those aren't faithful to the tabletop rules).
The Pathfinder video game I do know of got itself into huge controversy when it suddenly started datamining its customers, which is a fine argument in favour of piracy.

Bazarr allows you to plug in your media library and it’ll auto download all your subtitles and rename them and file them etc.

If you own the games and use Steam, look into CreamAPI and/or Koalageddon 2. You will need to learn how they work, but once you figure it out, you can use them with (almost) any game--however, the few games I've used it with, I also had to download the DLC files from seedy reddit posts, torrents, or mediafire/google drives. I believe Koalageddon 2 also works with Epic but I've never tried it.

For games you pirated, competent rippers/repackers will have the latest DLC bundled with their latest downloads. Often, you can actually just select the DLC files to download from the torrent instead of the whole game if you need to.

GenP cracks creative cloud, allowing you to download virtually anything free straight from their servers. m0nkrus is a russian guy who packages adobe apps that have also been cracked, making installation piss easy. GenP is seen as safest, although m0nkrus is fine too.
The wiki basically spoonfeeds you a step-by-step guide, complete with URLs for both GenP and m0nkrus.

The Pathfinder games you are describing are the Owlcat Games versions. They are always broken as fuck on launch (in the case of Kingmakers still really fucking broken) and require years of updates and patches to slowly work the bugs out. They are okay, nothing special, and are fairly faithful to the Pathfinder system. They sort of filled the nice for dice heavy CRPGs because, prior to BG3, there weren't a whole lot of those coming out.
Gallowspire Survivors is a roguelite survival action game with a completely different dev and publisher. From what I have seen it looks like another Vampire Survivors knockoff.

Oh, and Pathfinder isn't 3.5. It is a legally distinct gaming system.

Yeah, but Paizo did start it as basically 3.6, it’s almost entirely backwards compatible. The official reason is a license dispute with Wizards over 4e, but given the controversial changes 4e implemented (and 5e mostly rolled back), most PF players were just D&D fans who wanted to keep playing 3.5 even when it was abandoned by Wizards. If you were to sit in on a 3.5 session and a PF session, you’d likely find it really tricky to spot the differences even when you’re aware of them.

Oh, that’s interesting. I’ll have to check one out, now, turn-and-dice-based RPGs are entirely my sort of thing. And the PF setting actual has some very neat things, like Rasputin Must Die.

If you are going to check out the Owlcat Pathfinder games definitely go for Wrath of the Righteous. It is the least buggy of the two, has far more content, and is more mechanically complicated than Kingmaker. It is hilariously easy to break if you are a munchkin and understand the meta created by the narrative. If you are willing to roleplay you can throw a bunch of handicaps on yourself by playing specific roles that make it far more difficult and open up the potential for some interesting stories. The campaign mode was super ass on release, but they have gradually fixed a lot of bugs. Campaign is still kinda slow and has some annoying mechanics but if you reach that point in the game you are probably heavily invested in your character, party, and story. I would avoid the DLCs unless you are really into the game, want some more classes/feats/spells, or are curious about what is happening elsewhere in the world during the events of the main story. The DLC adds some pozzed BS that feels really unnatural and shoehorned in. The one DLC I do recommend is Through the Ashes. It is a low level module that takes place right after the starting events of the story and follows a group of small time adventurers trying to survive the chaos and danger while the main story is progressing elsewhere.

Owlcat also made the Warhammer: Rogue Trader adaptation of the Fantasy Flight table top game. I used to play a lot of RT with friends and I found it to be a nuanced but intuitive system with a lot of potential for roleplaying as well as some pretty fun roll play. I haven't played the Owlcat adaptation because lolOwlcat so I am waiting for some of the bugs to be patched out, but one of my friends from the tabletop group that I played RT with has a lot of nice things to say about it.

Messed around with it very briefly in my limited time. So far seems promising, but holy shit there's a lot of well in order to do that you need to do this first nested:
Wanna install bazaar, but then I need to install sonarr and radarr, and each of those need a download manager so I gotta put bittorrent on my nas first, and if it's gonna be torrenting I need to set up a VPN client for it to go through first, and since I'm creating all these accounts I really should set up a local password manager anyways.
You always pay for piracy in time.
