Is it possible to pirate movies from Amazon Prime and other big streaming platforms?
Amazon Prime and Netflix are notoriously annoying to work with. I’m on a discord server with a bunch of piracy autists and they continually are asked questions about this. If you mean streaming platforms outside of Prime and Netflix, look at my OP Rewrite’s Widevine Proxy tool. I’ve scraped from SkyShowtime mostly, worked flawlessly.

yes it's possible if we use extremely sophisticated means like credential stuffing accounts with premium access and then scraping the content subtly using

im just shitposting no, what are you looking for i can maybe find it for you
I'm not looking for anything specific. I was just wondering if it would be a hassle. I tried to figure out how to use a bunch of tools made in Python a few months ago and it was too complicated for me. I'm not stubborn enough to learn some cryptic software combo and commands just to (maybe) pirate some movies.

OK, I'll check it out. I used N_m3u8DL-RE before and it's very handy sometimes.

Since Amazon are now total cocks who won't even let you download the books you've paid for, is there an e-book shop that can still be bought and stripped of DRM? The book I'm looking for is very obscure and absolutely does not exist in pirateable form, even on Anna's or private trackers. I checked. Plus I don't really have a problem paying for this one.

So is there another place I could buy it from and strip DRM? Say, Barnes and Noble or something?

I'm interested to know what book this is.

Eh, at the risk of somehow power leveling to my personal glowie who is watching my every online book purchase and KF shitpost, why not.

The book is Heaven, Hell, and Purgatory, by Jerry Walls.
I just found it on z-library

I had this problem with a book last year and managed the strip the Kindle DRM using Calibre and Kindle for PC. There's also a method if you have an older firmware physical Kindle e-ink tablet.

The PC method is here: https://imelfin.com/calibre-kindle-dedrm-plugin-kindle-kfx-keyextractor-for-removing-kindle-drm.html

It worked for me in Dec 2025 for a book released October 2025

The process is annoying though so I'll always check Anna's and Oceanofpdf first

Unless it's for some personal project to see if you could do it, it's probably not worth the hassle as every title is readily available on torrent sites/usenet IMO.
Yeah it's obviously possible due to all those WebRIPs floating around, but I would guess the methods are kept close to avoid patches.

It's not the most well kept secret if I know about it. But I shall hush-hush. I'm still learning on what L3 keys are. What I can tell you is that it is indeed a hassle-and-a-half.

I found a neat torrent the other day containing a little over 40GiBs worth of miscellaneous surround sound tests, demos, movie trailers, and scenes. And they all work.
Here is the torrent magnet: 16f79c97826e7e8e511f484630fb2d9d039ab70c

This sound test in particular is distressing. That thing is weird and gross and kinda cool.

It's even got some that my cinema use(d), awesome. My headphones literally vibrated on my head, love these kinds of video's.

is there a siterip or archive of classic history channel content? from before they went full ham on conspiracy theories?
Pirate Bay used to have a big torrent of 90s and early 2000s History Channel shows but I can't guarantee that it's still being seeded. Look up the MVGroups forum, they have a lot of the old History and Discovery Channel shows.
