I think technically (and arguably) no, since showers are supposed to be used for some greywater disposal (e.g: when you shower, all the residue on you), while blackwaters (urine and "other") go to the toilet.

However I believe it depends on the definition of "greywater", urine without fecal matter going down the shower should be no problem, just like if for some reason you're stained with it or something else in your arm or elsewhere, you can take a shower as well.
