Asking anyone to submit their IDs to post on a discussion board is a big ask and a high barrier to entry. Asking women who are looking to post on a women-only discussion board to submit their IDs to the man that runs that board is an even bigger ask, and will be where you have the most problems.

And to be blunt: you are not only a man, but your reputation online is mostly centered around running the Kiwi Farms. It doesn't seem like you would have easy access to the IDs that users sign up with, and nobody here (including myself) thinks you would use them maliciously, but users from outside the Farms probably won't have that same confidence.

Regardless, make it and see if it takes off.

It would be administrated by a man, in an ultimate irony, but other staff would be women.
It would probably not be "comfy" in the sense of being a 1:1 copy of an imageboard.
3rd party verification usually costs per verification so there may be finance issues.

I think this could be a good idea. I don't know enough about third party ID verification companies, but just innately distrust them and feel like a lot of other people do too, so that lack of trust would be a big hurdle. Would the third party site be able to know the name of the service you are using them to register for, or how does that work?
Also, would the site be viewable without verifying, or would it be completely closed off to anyone who hasn't verified? I think being closed off would be preferable to foster the sort of community you seem to be going for, but at the same time that would make it very difficult to attract many women outside of those that already use the farms if you couldn't really preview what you have to show your ID to participate in, and I think there would be too much overlap to really sustain the app with only farmers.

Yeah but troons can never keep their yaps shut, they would tell on themselves at some point. And the cool thing about using the ID verification, after the troon is banned, they can't use that same ID to make another account. They might can get their license to say F but they can't get a brand new license number after it's been banned.

Besides, photo filter apps have gotten so good that troons could easily make themselves look like real women.

Personally, I’ve never felt the need for an online women’s only place. I’ve actually never even thought of that. Too bad we can’t apply this to women bathrooms, locker rooms, the gynecologist and sports, where it’s really needed.

Just my opinion but, that app (to me) frankly sounds horrifying and the thought of all that whining, fighting, bitching and drama would repel me from this app much more than providing an ID would.
I ventured into the man hate thread and I was appalled. I don’t want to be trapped in an app with those women.

Nigger it's not positive or productive, I am not only opposed to it because of realistic concerns but because even the idea of a social media site that requires real life ID verification, or just anything to do with real life ID verification on the internet, is fucked up, and I'm shocked that I have to explain this to someone on literal fucking KIWIFARMS. Like imagine this forum becomes popular and other social media sites get the idea and suddenly you can't get a job anywhere because you said "nigger" online or even (if you live in the EU) go to prison for it. I get that proper ID verification would make permabanning more powerful, but it comes with all the problems Null has laid out in the OP.

You are basically giving your ID to a third party, identifying yourself as an anti-trans person. If that company does keep the data and bends the knee to the UK, for example, then people could legitimately end up in jail for hate crimes.

I remember bumble had something like that to verify you. You needed to make gestures so you couldn't be a just a bot and there was no filters on it. Might work. Now for how long before some tranny sues thats another question. If you combine it with credit card info for one off fee to create the account that might work. It will waste a lot of time for troons to Buypass it and it will generate money for the app to run . Another question is if the banks allow it and if the play store allows it.

Third option will be to be made female centric allegedly but there is trans part where you let the trannies stay and look for a reason to ban them . And real women part where they are let in by private judgement by the admin ™ .
